To participate, you should already possess a solid technical foundation and be prepared to move at an accelerated pace. Designed to accelerate the personal development of advanced players, our Elite C.O.R.E. program groups like-minded players to create an intense small group training atmosphere dedicated to taking players’ games to the next level. Due to the advanced level of training, athletes must be invited or complete an evaluation and be recommended to the course. Training groups are subject to change based on age, skill level, and Coach’s evaluation.

You can expect:

• Week 1 : 5 Moves Every Advanced Player must Master
• Week 2: One Touch Passing
• Week 3: Advanced Change of Direction
• Week 4: Shooting, Striking, and Finishing
• Weeks 5 – 8: Half the session focuses on mastery of week 1-4 topics, followed by 1v1 mastery and a short scrimmage.
